September 11 Candlelight Vigil
Please join us on Friday, September 11 at 7 p.m. at the La Quinta Civic Center Campus, as we honor the memory of those lost on September 11, 2001.

Currently, Code Compliance officers respond to citizen concerns and conduct investigations, and soon with your input will be prioritizing their investigations based on citizens needs and concerns.

*Pre-registration is required for all extended season programs.
Each program must have the minimum number of registrations to be held.
 Calling All Veterans 
We are looking for veterans to be recognized at the La Quinta Veterans' Tribute event on Veterans Day, November 11!
If you have served in active duty; lived in La Quinta for at least 3 years; and can provide a copy of your DD214 or Honorable Discharge Certificate, please visit la-quinta.organd fill out the Veterans Nomination Form online.
Please be sure to attach the DD214 or Honorable Separation Certificate to the email when you submit the form.
All applications will be considered by the City Council and, if approved, you will be recognized at the Veterans Tribute event.
 Y Rookies Soccer - Ages 3-5 
Children between 3 and 5 years old learn the fundamentals of soccer in a non-competitive environment. They will play games and run drills plus learn sportsmanship, fair play and participation. All participants receive a shirt and award. Register now at ymcaofthedesert.org
